Join Marvin as a Customer Experience Generalist and become part of a highly collaborative team of CX research, analytics, and design professionals working under the supervision of our Senior Director of Customer Experience & Design. 

 

The CX Generalist supports two CX teams focused on research and design. Gain exposure to all aspects of the department and support the teams’ research operations and coordination needs such as research participant recruiting, scheduling and follow up, and trip planning on behalf of in-field teams. This individual will have the opportunity to participate & gain real experience in other aspects of CX Management & Design. 

 

Highlights of your role

Support project teams by supporting research recruiting of diverse customer types. Plan, implement, and track recruiting activities including calls, emails, scheduling appointments. 

Coordinate travel booking, rentals, and accommodations for in-person research events. 

Provide continuous support for research operations by managing participant groups for ad-hoc research projects and longer-term customer panels. 

Support CX teams with scheduling, communication, event planning, research design, execution, analysis, and deliverable creation.

Ability to be professional, personable, and flexible while handling ambiguous situations and project changes 

Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment 

Proven track record of attention to detail, organizational skills, curiosity, and thoughtfulness 

Previous experience in Customer Experience, Customer Advocacy, or Voice of the Customer Program Management preferred. 

Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and/or experience in a business-to-business-to-customer (B2B2C) environment preferred. 

Also want to make sure you have

Bachelor's degree 

3+ years of related experience such as in recruiting, sales, service, event planning, administration, personal assistant 

General understanding of research operations in support of qualitative & quantitative research and recruiting research participants a plus 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
