The Sr. Solution Architect leads architecture activities, guiding the development and management of a portfolio of solutions for a headless content management system.  Experience with loyalty engines, ecommerce engines, and personalization is a plus. The role involves ensuring that solutions meet business needs and align with architectural standards.

This role requires a proactive approach to solution architecture, focusing on guiding the development and management of enterprise solutions.

 

What You Will Do!

The Sr. Architect will demonstrate competencies across four key dimensions:

Interpret Business Needs: Translate business and technical requirements into business capability maps and architectural blueprints. Work closely with product owners and managers to support future business requirements.Assess Technology: Monitor the current solution portfolio to identify deficiencies. Understand emerging technology trends and their business applications.Apply Technology: Lead the design and evolution of the solution architecture. Develop a roadmap for the enterprise solution portfolio. Act as a technology consultant.Provide Enterprise Guidance: Deliver standard definitions and architecture designs to support architectural governance. Support a community of practice (CoP), guiding and helping agile teams and product owners to align with the overall enterprise architecture governance and assurance.

What You Need!

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information-technology, engineering, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experienceMinimum of five years of experience in solution development disciplines, including solution, application, technical or infrastructure architecture, network management, or application developmentGood understanding of strategic and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating modelsGood understanding of product management, agile principles and development methodologies and capability of supporting agile teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debtExperience working in a relevant industry is helpful, but not required.Experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmapsExperience delivering presentations to senior-level executives and technical audiencesSelf-starter and willingness to create known out of unknownExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with developers in an outsourced environmentAbility to negotiate and resolve conflicts
