The Role
We’re looking for someone to help manage Cyber and Technology Errors & Omissions insurance claims. You’ll act as a key point of contact for clients and insurers, working to support policyholders through the claims process. Your role will involve providing advice, resolving queries, and ensuring claims are handled smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
Work closely with clients, insurers, and brokers to handle claims, providing updates and answering questions.
Present claims to insurers and follow through on queries to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
Set up new claims in our systems, ensuring all information is accurate and well-organized.
Prepare and review communications to help clients make informed decisions.
Investigate issues that arise during the claims process and resolve them quickly.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and other stakeholders, attending meetings as needed.
Support projects and collaborate with colleagues to deliver results that benefit our clients.

Strong interpersonal skills, including written, verbal, and face-to-face interactions.
A collaborative mentality with the ability to work optimally as part of a team.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail to handle sophisticated tasks.
Resilience under pressure and the ability to meet deadlines.
Proactive and confident in solving problems and taking the initiative.
A-levels (or equivalent) preferred, with a willingness to pursue qualifications like LLMIT or ACII.
Qualifications
GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
Good literacy and numeracy skills.
A-levels (A-C or equivalent)
Progress towards professional qualifications such as LLMIT (Lloyd’s and London Market Introductory Test) or ACII.
