Cyber Enterprise Process Optimization Analyst
Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code: TCS013, P1, Band 4 Responsibilities:Analyze current PfM processes and tools for inefficiencies and risks; prepare recommendations for improvement through strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.Develop, refine, and maintain software tools to support IT portfolio management workflows and data collection.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements for process optimization and tool enhancements.Integrate tools with other DoD systems to improve data quality, efficiency, and decision-making.Provide training, user support, and comprehensive documentation to ensure tools are effectively utilized by stakeholders.Maintain a user guide and deliver updates on tool developments and best practices.
RequirementsActive Secret clearanceBachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.Experience in software development and process optimization.Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to tool development (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address inefficiencies in workflows.Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and technical documentation.
