Cyber Policy and Compliance Consultant
Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code: TCS039, T3, Band 6 Responsibilities:Cybersecurity Compliance Program Support:Support implementation of DoD-wide cybersecurity compliance and verification program.Research and recommend innovative methods to measure and improve cybersecurity compliance.Execute data collection plans and identify key data elements required for compliance monitoring and reporting.Support technology solutions for automated compliance assessments and reportingPolicy Development and Stakeholder Engagement:Support the identification and evaluation of cybersecurity compliance approaches employed by DoD agencies and field activities.Assist in the development of compliance reports, scorecards, and data collection plans to enhance DoD-wide compliance efforts.Develop and execute compliance marketing and awareness campaigns to promote cybersecurity best practices across the DoD.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop enterprise reporting solutions Documentation and Reporting:Prepare reports, briefings, strategies, and related documentation to support leadership decision-making.Develop background papers, white papers, and compliance-related strategies to assist senior DoD leadership.Contribute to the development of standards, policies, and procedures to improve the overall cybersecurity posture of the organization.

Requirements:

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Policy).5 years of general experience in cybersecurity compliance, policy development, or a related field.Proven ability to support large-scale cybersecurity programs, including compliance monitoring and reporting.Strong analytical skills with experience conducting organizational studies, business analyses, and performance evaluations.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and develop high-quality reports and briefings.Demonstrated ability to work independently with appreciable latitude in developing methodologies and presenting solutions.
