Opportunity Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Portfolio Coordinator to join our Cyber & Digital Risk Management (C&DR) team at BD. This role is essential in ensuring the governance, tracking, analysis and maturation of our cybersecurity portfolio and operating model. Become a **maker of possible** with us. **Key Responsibilities:** + Ensure adherence to cybersecurity portfolio governance and operating model processes. + Monitor compliance with established procedures and expectations within the C&DR team. + Track and analyze the progress and performance of cybersecurity initiatives. + Maintain accurate records and documentation of portfolio activities. + Support the continuous improvement and maturation of the cybersecurity portfolio and processes. + Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices. + Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of cybersecurity projects. + Coordinate, lead and manage project activities and ensure timely completion of deliverables. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met. + Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. + Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, standards, and regulations. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. + PMP, CISSP, or CISM certification preferred. + Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies. + Excellent portfolio / project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. + Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices is a plus. + Excellent communication and organizational skills. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
