The Work
We are seeking a Cyber Resiliency Engineering Associate Manager to join our team, supporting programs out of Stratford, CT and Owego, NY. As part of this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Cyber System Security Engineers, guiding the design, development, integration, testing, and sustainment of cyber resiliency solutions across the system development lifecycle. Your technical leadership will directly contribute to the protection and reliability of mission-critical systems by ensuring the timely and efficient verification of hardware/software designs. You will manage staffing forecasts, program performance, and coordinate efforts across engineering teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, integration, test, and sustainment of cyber resiliency solutions across the system development lifecycle.
Manage the formal verification and validation of hardware/software designs.
Ensure coordination with other engineering teams and stakeholders to maintain program performance and achieve objectives.
Standardize processes, methods, techniques, and tools for Cyber Resiliency across programs.
Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned programs.
Other Responsibilities:
Implement cost-effective workforce planning and development strategies.
Develop and manage annual budgets to meet performance targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to advance cyber resiliency strategies.

Basic Qualifications:
• Related STEM Bachelor's degree with 7+ years related professional experience.
• Proven success building collaborative customer, team, and partner relationships.
• Experience conducting cyber risk assessment activities including threat modeling, vulnerability analysis and analysis of mitigation solutions.
• Experience leading teams delivering cyber security solutions.
• Qualified candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Final Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position. This requires US Citizenship.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $114,100 - $218,600. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
