SAP Security and GRC Access Control Manager

Work you’ll do

As a Manager in our Cyber Application Security team, you will be part of our SAP practice and will be responsible for delivering SAP ECC and S/4 HANA security implementations and assessments. Responsibilities will include assessment, design and implementation of end user security, and/or SAP GRC 10.x/12.0 Access Control.

Qualifications

Required:

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available5+ years of experience with SAP Security and GRC Access ControlLed 3+ end-to-end implementation projects in SAPS/4 HANA security3+ years of leading efforts in designing, building, testing, and deploying business and support roles with S/4 and Fiori roles2+ years of experience in developing solutions for securing custom transactions, tables, and programs3+ years of experience in large and complex projects with multiple rollouts for countries/regions3+ years of experience in managing teams3+ year of experience in leading security design workshops3+ years of working experience with the business process, ABAP development and organization change management workstream leads on the overall project delivery2+ years of experience in designing, building and deploying HANA database security2+ years of experience in designing and implementing security for SAP reporting and analytics solutions such as SAP Business Objects, SAP Cloud Analytics, and BW/4HANA3+ years of experience in designing, configuring and implementing SAP GRC Access Request Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Emergency Access Management (EAM), and Business Role Management (BRM)3+ years of experience in building and updating Segregation of Duties (SOD) ruleset, configuring ruleset in SAP GRC 10.x/12.0 systems and performing SOD risk analysis at user and role level3+ years of leading project, budget, and resource managementBachelor’s degreeAbility to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

Previous consulting or Big 4 experience preferredProfessional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA is desiredKnowledge/experience in SAP identity and access governance (IAG)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge/experience in cloud security and cloud migrationsKnowledge/experience in IT general computer, data conversion and integration controlsKnowledge/experience in SAP business process inherent configurable controlsKnowledge/experience in data protection tools and techniquesKnowledge/experience in identity access management tools

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,815 to $252,450. 

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
