2. Essential Functions of the Job                                                                                      
\"• Drive technical initiatives for corporate cyber\nsecurity within China, to ensure the company is in full compliance with MLPS\n2.0 and all other applicable China regulation requirements.
• Conduct regular cyber security assessment as required and\ndeliver annual cyber security assessment result with key stakeholders.
• Provide security technical consultation support on cloud\nsecurity to local stakeholders.
• Architect and design secure solutions using industry best\npractices and knowledge of Enterprise IT and HGS policies, standards and\nbaselines, and interpretation of external regulation requirements.
• Provide technical consultation, guidance, and assistance\nto management, business unit contacts and internal customers to ensure the\nprotection of Honeywell by integrating controls, processes, and procedures into\nall services and products used by the enterprise.

With the increasing frequency and sophistication of\ncyberattacks, you play a crucial role in ensuring the Honeywell's security\nposture is resilient and up-to-date, and are responsible for designing security\ncontrols, identifying potential risk and delivering mitigation suggestions that\nhelps to reduce the risk of cyber threats and ensure compliance with China\nregulation requirements.                                                                                                                                       
As a key player in the Honeywell Global Security team, you\nare responsible for balancing security measures with business needs, ensuring a\ncomprehensive security strategy that is aligned with the organization's goals\nand objectives, and enabling the organization to operate with cyber security\nconfidence and trust.                                                                                                                                                                                                              
4. Job Activities                                                                                                                                                                            
70%      Support MLPS\n2.0 compliance activities, conduct regular MLPS 2.0 self-assessment for\nin-scope information systems, align mitigation suggestions with key\nstakeholders and track for compliance status.                                                                                                                               
15%      Review\narchitecture of China technical solutions, deliver technical guidance to ensure\nbuild in China specific external regulation requirements in design phase.                            
5%         Support\nChina regulation required other assessments related to cyber security and data\nprotection.                                                                                                                                                                      
5%         Support\nincident response and handling as needed.                                                                         
5%         Support\nin delivering regular reportings to leadership on potential security risk,\nproject progress, security posture and other metrics related to China region\ncyber security.          5. You Must Have
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years experience in\na security-relevant field.
• Familiarity with China regulation requirements related to\ncyber security and data protection.
• Strong communication skills with leaders and key\nstakeholders, in both Mandarin and English.
• Effective partnership building skills with the key\nstakeholders.
• Global mindset and experience working with multiple\nregions and time zones required. Time zone compatibility/flexibility to\ncommunicate with application, process and service owners, IT/Security leaders\nand external customers, etc.\"

Masters or Doctorate degree in an engineering, technical or\nsecurity program.
Advanced architecture experience with large scale, global\nimplementations.
