Mandatory Experience: In total 15+ years of experience - -- 10-15 years hands-on IAM experience & 5+ years of strong Program cum Delivery management in Cybersecurity

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

End to end project delivery and execution of cybersecurity projects/critical work efforts. Understand the problem statement and clearly frame up the solution in partnership with Cyber SMEs. Align issues and remediation plans accordingly. Create project charter, build out a comprehensive project plan and drive the overall solution. Provide status updates to leadership and executive level reporting, including up to office of CISO. Create and manage go-to-green plans, when needed. Proactively identify risks/issues and document remediation plans. Ensure adherence to PMLC and required governance routines.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and solutions. Specifically, areas of expertise should include one or more of the following IAM, CIAM, MFA, PAM, Authentication/Authorization, application onboarding, etc. Other Cyber domains that are good to have data protection, data loss prevention, vulnerability management, patch management, cyber defense, threat intel, encryption, Experience with risk assessment tools and methodologies.

Project Management Skills:

Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) with the ability to apply them effectively in cybersecurity initiatives.

Analytical and Organizational Skills:

Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying, articulating, and managing project dependencies and risks. Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Communication and Leadership Skills:

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project goals, dependencies, and risks to both technical teams and senior management. Proven leadership ability to drive action, hold teams accountable, and foster collaboration across various teams.

Change Management and Influence:

Experience with change management and the ability to lead organizational transitions. Strong confidence and assertiveness to partner with, drive action, and ensure accountability across various teams.

Desired Qualifications:

Cyber / Information Security Expertise: Broad understanding of information and/or cyber security and associated frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC 27001). Familiarity with cybersecurity threats, defense mechanisms, and regulatory requirements specific to the banking industry.

Degrees or Certifications:

Bachelors degree or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field. Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

Strategic and Innovative Thinking:

Ability to think strategically about integrating cybersecurity measures into business processes and technologies. Innovative mindset to encourage the adoption of new security technologies and practices.

Risk Management Skills:

Proficient in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks and clearly communicating these to stakeholders.

Project Management Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within cybersecurity or IT, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver large-scale cybersecurity projects on time and within budget.
