Cyber Security Training Administrator

Nightwing is seeking a dedicated and organized Cybersecurity Training Administrator to join our team, focusing on the coordination and administration of cybersecurity training programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our training courses, from initial planning stages through to the execution and follow-up of each class. The ideal candidate will excel in a collaborative environment, possess strong organizational skills, and have a passion for facilitating educational programs in the cybersecurity domain. **Responsibilities include:** Course Organization and Coordination: Schedule and organize courses on a shared calendar to ensure clear communication of upcoming training sessions to the team. Coordinate with instructors to ensure course content is up-to-date and relevant. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for future students, sending out pre-course information regarding policies/procedures and gathering necessary information. Communicate regularly with the team through meetings and updates to share vital information and updates. Logistical Support: Arrange facilities and catering for face-to-face classes, and set up and manage logistics for online courses, including organizing Zoom calls. Feedback and Improvement: Distribute and analyze surveys to students post-course to gather feedback for continuous improvement. Hold debrief sessions with instructors and the team to discuss feedback and implement improvements. Administrative Support: Assist in tracking budgets and expenditures, support the team with contract management, and aid in procuring new customers or partners. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cybersecurity professionals to ensure training programs meet the current standards and practices in cybersecurity. **Required Skills:** Exceptional Organizational Abilities: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a high level of attention to detail. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable making phone calls, sending professional emails, and facilitating meetings. Interpersonal Skills: Must be friendly, work well in a team environment, and be able to build relationships with students, instructors, and team members. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a flexible approach to managing workload. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using scheduling and communication tools, such as email clients, Zoom, and shared calendars. Proficiency in MS Office Applications is a must. **Desired Skills:** Experience in Educational Administration: Prior experience in an administrative role within an educational or training environment is highly desirable. Knowledge of Cybersecurity: Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and enthusiasm for the subject matter is advantageous, though not required. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and take proactive steps to resolve them efficiently and effectively. Master’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's Degree OR a minimum of 3 years of related experience with a Master's Degree. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, 8 additional years of professional experience in a related field may be considered.
