Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service support to firm clients for Wipfli supported hardware and software issues of low to moderate complexityResolves issues in accordance with Service Desk Procedures.Reviews and maintains documentation and knowledge base as directed or indicated according to firm policies and procedures.Acquires and maintains knowledge of client systems and support policies and procedures.Records all actions, communications, and resolutions for issues being investigated in appropriate systems according to firm policies and procedures.Escalates hardware and software issues per Service Desk policy.

 

Qualifications:

Pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Technology
degree from an accredited college or university
Previous role in providing positive customer servicePrior computer system experience including Windows Operating System and knowledge of Microsoft Office productsHardware maintenance and repair skills desiredAbility to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectivelyAbility to balance many projects simultaneouslyAbility to work under pressure and time deadlinesAbility to analyze data and recommend solutionsAbility to observe, think critically, and demonstrate a rational thought process and linear thinkingAbility to know when to escalate or seek guidance on an issue or roadblock.Ability to obtain certifications or is working towards appropriate certifications.Proven written and verbal skills are very important for this positionProficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
