Job Description:

L3H is currently seeking a high-energy Cyber Sr. Associate Program Manager to help manage the growth and execution of critical programs within the Cyber Systems business. The Cyber Sr. Associate, Program Manager will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the development lifecycle of programs from new business capture through execution to program closeout, while working closely with customers and internal functions to manage the cost, schedule, and technical baseline of their program. The selected candidate will work with an experienced program manager to manage an existing development program.

Essential Functions:

Complex development and production efforts including Systems, Software, Electrical & Mechanical Hardware, VHDL and ASIC Engineering development, system and product qualification and NSA certification, low-rate production and subcontract/supplier management.Coordinate with multiple levels of staff (PMs and Engineers) to finalize project plan presentations.Coordinate with multiple levels of staff (PMs and Engineers) to establish timelines, deadlines, coordinate, and schedule meetings.Organize, track, and maintain project and program documentation.Participate in project/program meetings as requested.Assist in the preparation of materials to support program meetings.Assist with special projects and tasks from functional areas that support the Cyber Business Area.Excellent computer skills with strong proficiency in Windows interface, Microsoft Office package (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Access), and Microsoft Project.Managing budgets and/or schedules.Developing and maintaining relationships with customers or clients.Willingness to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment.Ability to learn new tools and processes as related to technology and software.Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, and most importantly; promote collaboration among the team.Travel as required, 10-25%.Able to obtain and maintain a DoD Clearance.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

Requires practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through a combination of education and experience.Bachelor’s Degree with two (2) years of prior experience working with budgets, organizing staff, leading teams, developing customer relationships, engaging in technical development efforts, and/or program management experience.2 years post-Secondary/ associate’s degree with six (6) years of prior experience working with budgets, organizing staff, leading teams, developing customer relationships, engaging in technical development efforts, and/or program management experience.Graduate Degree or equivalent with zero (0) to two (2) years of of prior experience working with budgets, organizing staff, leading teams, developing customer relationships, engaging in technical development efforts, and/or program management experience.In lieu of a degree, minimum of six (6) years of prior experience working with budgets, organizing staff, leading teams, developing customer relationships, engaging in technical development efforts, and/or program management experience.Must be a US Citizen.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Active US Government Secret clearance or higher.Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.), Business Administration, Management, or related.
