Position Summary

ServiceNow Cyber Security - Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow security solutions while ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect ServiceNow security solutions focusing on Security Operations, Integrated Risk Management, and Vulnerability ResponseCollaborate with sales teams to develop practical ServiceNow security solutionsCollaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutionsSupport pre-sales activities and solution demonstrationsCreate technical documentation including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation guidesWork closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation of designed solutionsProvide technical guidance and support during implementation phasesEnsure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilitiesParticipate in client presentations and technical discussions

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platformServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)At least one ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification in Security Operations, Risk Management, or Vulnerability ResponseAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations or Governance, Risk, and Compliance modulesExperience with security operations, incident response, or vulnerability managementKnowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.)Experience with integration technologies and API developmentStrong understanding of ITSM processes and frameworksStrong presentation and communication skillsProject management experience

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $124616 to $240488. 

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
