**THE WORK**
At Lockheed Martin, Cyber Support Operations is seeking a CTT Lead with diverse backgrounds to perform CTTs and Mission\-Based Cybersecurity Risk Assessment \(MBCRA\) events\.
\- CTT Leads are called upon to prepare and perform CTTs for the government and provide detailed risk analysis reports of cybersecurity vulnerabilities found in the event\. Candidates should have a broad background in cybersecurity, and risk assessments\.
\- This position requires team leadership experience\. Responsibilities include significant customer interaction, leading a team of 3\-6 people for each CTT, developing tailored attack vectors against the system, conducting large scale wargames with up to 100 participants, conducting detailed risk\-based analysis of the findings, writing the findings report, and briefing senior leadership in the DoD\.
Position requires on average 25% travel mainly within the US\. Depending on schedules, significant travel may be required at times\.

**Basic Qualifications:**
• TS/SCI Clearance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team leadership
• Strong customer interaction skills
• 9 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Cyber or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required, Four \(4\) years of additional Cyber experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree\.
The candidate must have extensive knowledge and/or direct experience in the following disciplines:
• Cybersecurity
• Technical knowledge in areas such as Software Development, Systems Administration, and Networking
**Desired Skills:**
Experience in any of the following domains/activities
• DEVOPS and/or Agile Methodology
• Cyber Network Operations / Cyber Defense Operations
• DT&E and/or OT&E
• Experience in development, configuration, or administration of DoD weapons systems focused on surface and sub\-surface systems
• Security\+ or equivalent
• CEH or equivalent
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.
