About the role:

Reporting to the VP, Cyber & Tech E&O Underwriting, the Cyber and Tech E&O Product Manager is part of the cyber underwriting team and works closely with Underwriting leadership, Cyber Threat Intelligence and Claims in the execution of the Cyber and Tech E&O product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

As a Cyber & Tech Product Manager, you will:

  Maintains and updates underwriting guidelines for the Cyber and Technology E&O products.Maintains proprietary coverage forms, endorsements and application forms and works closely with the Product Development, Claim and Underwriting teams to ensure that products and coverage address any new exposures or demand in the marketplace.Responds to broker requests for proposal and makes recommendations relative to coverage requests. Manages broker panel participation.Leads admitted filing projects.Follows competitor products and services and creates internal product comparisons for the Underwriting team.Monitors loss ratio performance and makes recommendations relative to risk appetite, pricing, capacity management and self-insured retention levels.Works with the Cyber Threat Intelligence and Cyber Claim teams to derive useful portfolio insights and apply learnings to the underwriting framework.Collaborates with the Business Intelligence team on cyber related projects including pricing, predictive analytics and catastrophe modeling.Works with the Underwriting Quality & Training, Marketing, Cyber Threat Intelligence and Claim teams to develop educational materials for broker partners.Assists with the preparation of executive presentation materials and the development and execution of marketing materials.Research cyber insurance trends and conducts market analyses

Position Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements

Minimum 4 Year Bachelor's Degree in any related field5 years of cyber underwriting experience and/or product management.Tech E&O experience preferred Admitted filing experience required Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.Power BI skillsets preferred.
