What You Will Get To Do:The Technical Operator in this position plans, organizes, and executes technical operations in support of priority mission requirements.  Officer leads engagement with mission partners.  Officer utilizes extensive knowledge of traditional cyber network activities to include technical targeting to help guide planning.  Officer also assumes a prominent role in developing of technical concepts for the cyber mission.  Officer manages testing and validating of technical capabilities to ensure the solution meets the operational need.  Officer drafts and coordinates operational correspondences, as well as briefs and communicates operational planning to senior levels and other mission partners, and travels to CONUS and OCONUS locations.Be part of a department with an expanding range of programs focusing on Cyber Operations, where you get to grow on and between programs with peers who are dedicated to advancing national security. You’ll Bring These Qualifications:An active TS/SCI with Poly clearance University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experienceBachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or 10 years of relevant IC experienceMinimum of 7 years of experience providing technical operations support in specific regionsWorking knowledge of cyber capabilitiesWorking knowledge of cyber toolsMust have knowledge of or demonstrated experience working with client partnersDemonstrated expertise in drafting and coordinating correspondenceDemonstrated expertise in briefing to an audience of varying technical expertiseOCONUS operational travel experienceAbility to travel CONUS and OCONUSExperience working with fieldDemonstrated outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)Experience working on complex projects in a multi-client teamWorking knowledge of client’s collection toolsExperience travelling operationallyWorking knowledge of client’s cyber operations capabilitiesMust be a team player; be able to work in a high-impact, busy office; and work well in an open, collaborative environmentStrong interpersonal skillsDemonstrated Technical Operator support skills and expertise along with unique skills and expertiseThese Skills Would Be Nice to Have:  Experience working with client partnersPrivate sector and/or academic experience in the cyber security and/or software development fieldsMust have demonstrated Experience supporting technical operations regarding specific regions
