Responsibilities

POSITION OVERVIEW 
 
Ascension is seeking a CyberArk and SecureLink Engineer to join its Privileged Access Management (PAM) Practice. This position will be reporting to the PAM Manager and will be responsible for leveraging leading tools, technologies, and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CyberArk and SecureLink technologies and possess the ability to design, implement, and maintain CyberArk and SecureLink solutions that span across on-premises and cloud infrastructures.

This position is 100% remote

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

Designs, implements, and maintains Privileged Access Security solutions across on-premises and cloud environments, including Azure and Google Cloud Platform Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into both on-premises and cloud-based systems Configures and manages CyberArk components such as Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), and Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM) within on-premises and cloud environmentsConfigures and manages SecureLink GatewaysDesigns, implements, and maintains SecureLink RPAM Security solutions across the environmentConducts regular assessments and audits to ensure the security and compliance privileged accounts and access across all environments Provides technical expertise and support for CyberArk and SecureLink related incidents and issues in both on-premises and cloud environments Stays updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in privileged access management, cloud technologies (specifically Azure), and cybersecurity 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

Required 1+ years of experience working with privileged access technologies Working knowledge of Windows or Linux platforms Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)Experience with Azure AD (now Microsoft Entra ID) 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE 

Strong understanding of privileged access management concepts and principles Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell Proficiency with REST API calls Proficiency in both on-premises and Azure cloud services and technologies\\ Working knowledge of SQL databases and Unix platforms Experience with integrating CyberArk and SecureLink solutions with on-premises systems as well as Azure services and platformsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools  Familiarity with Windows Active Directory Experience with Service Now Tickets (Tasks & Incidents) Ability to take on-call / support Experience with Service Now KB’s and maintaining them Experience Provisioning Privileged User access Comfortable supporting users with limited technical knowledge of Privileged access

Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
