Job Summary:
Join EY's Cybersecurity and Resilience Team to protect digital assets and secure critical infrastructure in Latvia and across Europe. Progress as a professional in cyber risk management, security strategies, operating models for security management, and project management for cybersecurity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
Engaging in the development and execution of digital projects by integrating cyber resilience and transformation strategies, Conducting industry research on best practice analysis, Developing insights and recommendations for the Client, Delivering technical documented outputs. Building effective relationships with team members and clients to drive results.

Successful candidates must have:
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills, alongside communication and collaboration competencies. You should be highly motivated and curious about Cybersecurity, with a desire to contribute to a resilient digital ecosystem. Business analysis and problem-solving skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to professional growth are essential.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years’ experience in information security management, process analysis, risk management, monitoring and assessment. Candidates should have or be working towards a bachelor's degree with a strong interest in Cybersecurity and resilience or have higher education diploma in a Computer science or related field. Understanding of European EU Cybersecurity strategy, NIS directive, ENISA standards, GDPR. Skills in business process analysis, controls testing, report writing and presentation. Experience in project coordination or project management.

Compensation:
Salaries range from 3000 EUR gross, with positions available for various experience levels.
