As IT & Cybersecurity authority you will help build innovative digital services and solutions for Siemens' international industrial customers.
Remote Industrial Operations Services (RIOpS) is a new managed service where Siemens supports customers in industrial automation by efficiently setting up their IT/OT network and performing proactive, continuous, and integrated remote monitoring. From the Global Operations Center established in the Netherlands, we can support our international customers and their factories worldwide. Virtualization of IT networking, Data Centers, Connectivity, IT Service Management, and Cybersecurity are important topics in our work.
The team consists of 5 colleagues, and the upscale is starting now. This phase offers many opportunities and challenges, with a clear motto of 'one team, one task'.
The roleAs an experienced Cybersecurity Architect, you will use your expertise to craft our services, infrastructure, and customer base further. In this phase, we are focusing on our core activities. This means that we can ask you to occasionally be part of the operational team with 24/7 responsibility.
You create impact by taking responsibility for:A leading role in the development of our Security Operations Center services on subjects such as connectivity, cloud solutions, and automation of manual tasks.Driving collaboration with the IT/OT and security teams at Siemens headquarters in Germany.Expert advising:Training, mentoring, and supporting first-line colleagues regarding incidents or advisory questions from our customers.Providing second-line support for more complex issues.Activities aimed at improving our services. Think of process optimization, international legislation and regulations, and sales support.This role and team offers various growth opportunities with the successful rollout of the services, such as a team lead or a customer leading role or leading R&D.
Your success is grounded inA growth mindset! With your hands-on, critical, and analytical skills, you are continuously improving our services. You also enjoy operating in a close-knit team in an international setting, where the primary language is predominantly English. Our customers have locations in various countries such as the United States, The Middle East, Australia, and Taiwan.Master's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably ITAt least five years of experience in IT and/or Cybersecurity;Experience with/knowledge of:Agile development methodologies or project management;Stakeholder management;Entrepreneurship within an organization;Excellent English language skills. Dutch and/or German are very welcome;Experience with IT Service Management (ITIL certification) is a plus.
