Your mission will be… Supporting the Cybersecurity Awareness and Curriculum service by executing key operational and administrative tasks that contribute to the success of our initiatives.Assisting in the creation and delivery of training materials and resources that align with our services objectives.Managing day-to-day tasks and tackling new challenges as they arise, whether it's coordinating events, or brainstorming creative ideas for new initiatives.Contributing to the growth of our cybersecurity culture by bringing fresh ideas and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.Updating, maintaining, and creating SharePoint sites to ensure a seamless and organized experience for team members and stakeholders.Curating, designing, and publishing engaging cybersecurity training content for platforms like Viva Engage and other communication channels. We are looking for someone with…Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Communication and related areas.An interest in cybersecurity, even if you don’t have a formal background in the field, curiosity and willingness to learn are key.Previous experience or interest in creating engaging trainings, workshops, or educational materials is a significant advantage.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and completing tasks independently.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively share ideas and updates across teams.Openness to work with tools like SharePoint, Viva Engage and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with graphic design or content creation tools is a plus.A “jack of all trades” mindset—flexible, adaptable, and eager to step in where needed. We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.
