Position Purpose:
We are looking for a Radiant Logic and ODSEE Engineer II to support and enhance our Directory Services and Identity Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Radiant Logic Virtual Directory Server (VDS) and Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition (ODSEE), assisting in implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting. This role will involve working with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability, performance, and security of our directory services.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the administration, maintenance, and configuration of Radiant Logic VDS and ODSEE.Support GKE clustersTroubleshoot and resolve directory replication, synchronization, and authentication issues.Assist in migrating, upgrading, and patching directory services to ensure optimal performance and security.Work closely with security teams to ensure compliance with IAM policies and standards.Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate directory services with other enterprise applications.Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to proactively address issues.Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.Participate in on-call rotation for critical system support.Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience working with Radiant Logic VDS and Oracle ODSEE in an enterprise environment.Strong understanding of LDAP, Federation, SAML, Kerberos, and Authentication mechanisms.Experience troubleshooting directory service issues, performance bottlenecks, and access failures.Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation.Familiarity with IAM, Identity Federation, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments.Knowledge of cloud-based directory services (Entra ID, Google Cloud IAM) is a plus.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Protecting what matters most to our associates and consumers by securing our sensitive data and critical assets from current and emerging threats.
