Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


This position can be filled in Erlangen (Germany) as well as in Kosice or Bratislava (Slovakia).


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will act as the contact person and coordinator for certifications and testing. You will develop the holistic certification strategy including decision templates and ensure a resource-optimized certification effort for the digital solutions of Customer ServiceYou will be responsible for the conception, introduction, expansion and management of internal control systems for certificationsYou will monitor the market for current certification requirements with a focus on cyber security including aspects of data privacy, evaluate the impact on Customer Service and take necessary measures including certification strategy. You will take into account company policies, market, customer and commercial requirementsYou will work closely with business functions to align company standards, best practices and benchmarks and assess regulatory requirements

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a university degree in information technology, business law or similarYou have many years of professional experience in dealing with integrated management systems and their certifications (e.g.: ISO 27x; ENS; CPCS), testations (e.g.: SOC2, C5) and corresponding standards (ISAE 3402, PS951 or similar)You If you have substantial, long-standing professional experience and further qualifications in this field but no academic degree, your application is also highly appreciatedYou have demonstrable experience as a project or sub-project manager for the coordination of necessary measures in the certification process in large organizations and can ideally prove the various project management methods by means of appropriate certifications. Further experience with agile methods would be an advantageYou have very sound knowledge of the design, development and operation of group-wide IT solutions as well as comprehensive knowledge of the processes for the secure management of IT and service organizations with regard to cybersecurity
