Job Description

Support Asia Cyber Security Team to implement and lead the cybersecurity in Operation Technology (OT) covering China and Asia zone.

Assess and identify security risks in OT environments, including industrial control systems, SCADA, and IoT devices.Develop and implement  security policies, procedures, and best practices for OT systems and maintain documentation.Design and deploy security controls to protect OT networks and systems from cyber threats.Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on OT infrastructure.Monitor OT systems for security incidents and respond to threats in real-time.Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure seamless integration between IT and OT security measures.Provide training and guidance to staff on OT security best practices and protocols.Stay up-to-date with the latest OT security trends, threats, and mitigation strategies.Manage and maintain OT security tools and technologies.Ensure compliance with common OT security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82).Participate in incident response planning and execution for OT-related security events

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or Cyber securityAt least 5 years hands-on experience in IT/OT Security, experience in SOC operation will be preferred.In-depth knowledge of industrial control systems, SCADA, and IoT technologies.Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures used in OT environments.Familiarity with common OT security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82).Experience with OT security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM).Knowledge of common OT protocols.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Relevant professional certification, such as CISSP, CISA, CISM is desiredGood communication in English and Mandarin,Travel: occasional in the Asia zone.
