**Position Purpose:** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cyber Security PCI Compliance Manager to oversee and manage the Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance program within our retail organization. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience running PCI compliance programs in a retail setting, along with a strong background in cyber security, project management, and team leadership. This position offers high visibility and the opportunity to collaborate across departments to drive compliance and security initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead the design, implementation, and execution of the PCI compliance program, ensuring adherence to PCI DSS standards across the organization. + Develop, execute, and report on control testing to ensure compliance and effectiveness of security controls. + Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Directors, VPs, and other senior leaders, to ensure alignment on compliance objectives, risks, and mitigation strategies. + Lead and mentor a team of cyber security professionals, fostering development and growth while ensuring the team meets compliance goals. + Communicate complex compliance and security issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. + Develop and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, and reporting for PCI DSS compliance, and ensure they remain up-to-date and accurate. + Assist in managing large-scale QSA (Qualified Security Assessor) assessments, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up on audit results. **Preferred Certifications:** + ISA (Internal Security Assessor) certification. + QSA (Qualified Security Assessor) certification. + CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or CISSA (Certified Information Systems Security Auditor) preferred.
