Join us to become a valuable member of the Vulnerability Intelligence Team. Help secure Siemens and our customers' infrastructure and products by providing innovative vulnerability intelligence that goes beyond conventional security solutions.
You’ll make an impact by:Analyzing reported zero-day vulnerabilities, findings from penetration tests, developer vulnerability reports, or alleged compromises for Siemens products and solutions;Extend and maintain the tools and frameworks used in our team for vulnerability handling.Work on understanding future developments in vulnerability handling and drive your own topics in this context;Drafting security advisories to inform Siemens customers about vulnerabilities in Siemens products and how to remediate them;Providing input and assisting vulnerability task forces in prioritizing, handling, and remediating security issues;
To make a difference, you must have:Successful Bachelor degree in computer science, ideally with a focus on IT-Security.Minimum of 5 years working experience in the field of IT Security.Proficiency in software development and network administration.Profound technological experience in IT- and OT-Security, ideally in a PSIRT.Distinct knowledge of information technologies and operating systems.Proven skills and a solid track record in hacker techniques, penetration testing, security tools, and/or IT forensic, e.g., due to capture-the-flag participations.Excellent command of English and Portuguese. Ideally also German.
