Description of Duties\:
The Cybersecurity Project Engineering Team Lead supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will\:
· Manage a team of Cybersecurity Project Engineers.
· Provide leadership and organizational structure.
· Assign tasks and hold team members accountable.
· Be responsible for the budget and resource allocation.
· Hold team members accountable to meeting mission needs and deadlines.
· Hold project team accountable for meeting cyber requirements.
· Approve timecards and expense reports.
· Provide input to employee performance throughout the year.
· Support employee growth/knowledge expansion in mission domain.
· Establish and maintain quality assurance program ensuring all deliverables meet customer expectations.
· Be Point of Contact for MDA Information System Security Manager (ISSM).- Manage expectations.
· Provide weekly reporting.
· Identify and respond to issues as necessary

*Basic Requirements\:
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience\: HS Diploma (or GED) and 8 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 6 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of general experience; Master’s degree and 2 years of general experience
· Must have 6 years of directly related experience.
· Must have 2 years of experience working in a management or leadership role
· Must have current experience supporting the IRES contract
· Must have, or be able to obtain, a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
· Must have experience with the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF).
· Must have a minimum of IAM Level I Certification and be able to achieve an IAM Level II Certification within 6 months of hire date.
Desired Requirements\:
· Have experience with the enterprise Mission Assurance Support Services (eMASS) tool.
· Have a direct experience supporting the MDA/IC Enterprise.
· Have an IAM Level II or III Certification - such as Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
· Have experience with BMC Remedy.
This position is expected to pay $113,000 - $138,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
