Job Purpose
This role will work on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office and 2 days remote) from our Corporate office in Reading, PA.
The Cybersecurity Project Manager is responsible for the planning, budgeting, documenting, and oversight of all aspects of specific programs throughout the project lifecycle. The position leads the design, testing, planning, budgeting, and implementation of complex cybersecurity projects for systems and services that typically affect many employees. The Cybersecurity Project Manager works closely with upper management to ensure the scope and direction of each project are on schedule and coordinates with other departments for support. Meeting project commitments is a primary focus of the position. The Cybersecurity Project Manager will focus primarily on Information Technology Infrastructure and Cybersecurity-related projects.
It is imperative for this resource to drive consistency in the implementation of systems and best practices, understand basic project management methodologies, and apply industry-leading cybersecurity standards and compliance frameworks. This position will involve working across different lines of business and will require solid communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and drive a consistent agenda while ensuring security compliance.

Education and/or Experience
5+ years of working experience as a project manager in the information technology or cybersecurity sector. 5+ years of practical experience in an information technology or cybersecurity role. A degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Cybersecurity) is an advantage but not required.Language Skills

Experience with security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM systems.Problem Solving
Exhibit a high degree of independent thinking; apply previous experience, general policies, and acquired educational expertise to specific situations.
