Job Responsibilities:
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Print out cycle count lists from Excel / T4MPhysically Counting InventoryData entry into Excel /T4MPrint out adjustments recommendations list and return to the Materials AnalystsAssist with root cause problem resolutionAudit inventory locations to ensure maintenance of 5S standardsAudit trailersAssist with Blackhawk training and communication within AssemblyDocument and chart all audit findings with Materials AnalystsWork with Material Analysts to correct inventory in Trans4m and BlackhawkPerform any other reasonable request by management.QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;Strong organizational, self- starter and prioritizing abilities;Ability to work as a team to gather and analyze information independently;Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word Outlook. T4M (ERP software);Must have excellent interpersonal skills;Must have excellent oral and written communication skills;Effective problem solver;Excellent time management skillsAbility to adapt to different situationsPERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
Candidate must demonstrate a proven track record in performance and attendance in current position (below 3 points and below Written Warning). Aptitude for working with numbers and a high degree of accuracy.Ability to problem solve effectively.Ability to take initiative and follow through to job completion.Ability to work under pressure.Good organizational skills.Physical Demands – Normal amount of walking, sitting and standing; Ability to move around an office environment and on the production floor. Ability to work at a computer workstation; Ability to bend, twist, lift, reach. Required to carry out job duties and responsibilities in a work environment that may include, but is not limited to, varying levels of noise and/or temperature. Ability to lift max. 50lbs periodically.
This position will require a certain amount of training in-house. The person who accepts the position will be expected to follow a learning curve with continuous development.
