With the support of more than 30,000 team members, we promote a forward-thinking philosophy that’s built on a foundation of trust, dignity, respect, responsibility and clinical excellence. **Cytotechnologist Responsibilities:** + Evaluates and diagnosis Non-GYN cases for Pathologist review + Evaluates and diagnosis GYN cases. + Performs Rapid On-Site Evaluations for FNA procedures including EBUS and EUS Guided procedures, Robotic assisted Endoscopic procedures, CT Guided and US Guided procedures. + Knowledge of multiple Cytology Reporting Systems. + Excellent inter- and intra-departmental communications skills. + Maintains equipment, supplies, and instrumentation. + Ability to assist in the Cytopreparatory lab, as needed. + Works independently and in a team. + Demonstrate organizational, time management, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills. + Use computer skills appropriate to position. + Needs to understand medical terminology.
