Type: Contract (6 months with the possibility for extension)

Overview:
Airswift is seeking a D&C Supply Chain Performance Specialist to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth. This role involves contract negotiation, market research, vendor management, and collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with SAP, Ariba, and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and commercial terms. Manage vendor relationships, prequalification, and selection to optimize cost and service quality. Conduct market research and analyze competitor data to support strategic decision-making. Oversee contract management using Ariba/SAP, including issuance of POs and tracking vendor performance. Lead and assist in RFP processes, including preparation, evaluation, and total lifecycle cost analysis. Support invoicing, payment activities, and supplier performance evaluations. Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Audit, HES, AP) to ensure seamless contract execution and vendor compliance.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, HR, Industrial Distribution, or Supply Chain Management. Strong contract analysis, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic analytical tools. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to change. Experience in the oil & gas industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Power BI, SQL, SAP, Ariba, Oracle, Spotfire. Knowledge of procurement principles, theories, and processes.
