Job Description
Responsible for the preparation for the service processes including: Sequence, test and service procedures, training documentation, definition of out of control action plans, diagnostics, Statistical Process Control parameters, tooling and spare parts
New product introduction by validating service procedures during prototype build
Supporting NPI machine installation(CS on-site), mainly focus on sequence and procedure validation
Analysis of the performance in our service organization and define improvements to meet initial product specification (ex: CT, availability)
Knowledge Transfers(KT)
If needed travel to solve complex problems on site within expertise (international travel max 10%)
Education
Bachelor degree/Master degree in technical domain (e.g. Computer Science and Information Engineering, Department of Information Management, Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, )
Experience
2-4 years relevant work experience
A production and/or service environment with high tech products and complex production processes
Ability to upgrade/downgrade software plus testing and basic troubleshooting
