**D&T Field Support Technician**
**Hours:** M-F 8am - 5pm
**Rate:** 21.15 per hour
**Onsite position:** 225 Liberty St, New York, NY 10281
Desktop support helping a wide range of end users
+ Responding to tickets
+ Maintaining office technology
+ Front facing customer service
+ Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
+ Backend office MS Office Support
+ MS Intune
+ Active Directory
+ Remote management
+ Incident Request Management
**Years of Experience needed:**
+ 5 years+ of enterprise experience (2nd level support), focus on customer service
**Level of Education:** H.S. Diploma
**Systems/Software proficiencies:**
+ MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
**Top Must have Skills:**
+ Experience with Remote software tools, Lifecycle management
+ Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
+ Backend office MS Office Support
+ MS Intune
+ Active Directory
+ Remote management
+ Incident Request Management
