As a CBRE D&T **Product Senior Associate – Asset & Portfolio Analytics** , you will manage the internal asset and portfolio analytics application, acting as the platform expert and supporting business and digital teams in planning, design and support. You will work closely with the business to understand their requirements and any support issues, subsequently engaging with the Agile team to refine user stories as well as expected deliverables, signing off on the delivery timeline. You will leverage expertise in leasing and financial analytics and ideally knowledge in commercial real estate accounting and leasing applications to create strong product knowledge. This job is part of the Product Management job function. They are responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of products and product extensions during all life cycle stages. **What You’ll Do:** + Build relationships with key users and stakeholders to better understand their requirements and decompose them into user stories. + Assist in the development of the asset and portfolio analytics application by writing use cases and high-level requirements for internal teams. + Assist with the management of technology products through the entire product development life cycle. + Support in the refinement and prioritizing of product backlog while working in collaboration with a line of business partners and a scrum team. Ensure features, stories, and tasks are well understood and supported. + Ensure that internal testing is done and help with any clarifications needed to ensure results are reliable and well-tested + Troubleshoot and escalate product issues and client requests. Serve as backup to the principal Product Managers. + Contribute to training and education in subject matter areas including demos and supporting release notes. + Work with the stakeholders to identify and plan for dependencies, fill product gaps, and research opportunities. + Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems. + Apply knowledge of commercial real estate leasing and financial analytics terms to + Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Ideally background in Commercial Real Estate accounting platforms (eg. Yardi), leasing applications (eg. VTS) and commercial real estate leasing and financial analytics terms + Basic SQL lookup knowledge and basic understanding of commercial real estate data flows + Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve complex problems. + Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
