**Position Snapshot ** **Location:** Lisbon, Portugal   **Company:** Nestlé Business Services   **Full-time** **Position Summary ** The main purpose of the D2C Team Lead is to support the be responsible and accountable for overall operational excellence of D2C Services team across projects. Managing team members and workstreams to bring value to the business by ensuring consistent first time right service delivery. Support the Business/Market in managing content on Nestlé corporate/brand D2C websites and Internal platforms, ensuring consistency and maintaining high-quality information standards across the D2C websites. As a D2C Lead Center you are also responsible for conducting testing new functionalities. **A day in the life of... ** Manage a team (responsible for planning, organizing resources, leading or influencing team members, controlling processes so that goals can be achieved); decision-making experience; Managing stakeholders of different levels and complexity. Mentor and support the team  - Review content plans with key stakeholders to align strategy with other markets  - Maintain awareness of relevant trending topics and news to identify opportunities.  Manage the development, maintenance, and enhancement of promotions, content and products across multiple assigned websites   Manage and provide support to the team that is conducting several website activities such as:  + Webmastering activities + Product management​ + Promotions management​ + App management + Seo & search recommendation integration **You will also need to:** + Collaborate with and support other projects and/or teams + Stakeholder management + Influence without authority   + Provide continuous feedback to the team + Determine opportunities to enhance ways of working, productivity and continuous improvement within the team + Develop documentation for current and new projects + Support team with testing new functionalities  **What will make you successful ** - University Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, International Relations, Computer Science, Business Administration, or any other related field  -    Excellent writing and editing skills in English  -    Proven work experience as Team Lead roles -    Knowledge with Content Management Systems (e.g. Magento, SAP Hybris, Drupal, Shopify, WordPress)   -    Knowledge of web design -    Keen attention to detail   -    Working with high-volume, complex tasks  -    Working in a corporate and multi-cultural setting   -    Experience managing teams  -    Ability to collaborate effectively across functions/ teams and projects  -    Proven leadership and communication skills  -    Ability proactively and independently collaborate with the businesses and markets.  -    Ability to make decisions -    General understanding of UX/UI (User Experience)  - General understanding of Web Development / Front End
