D365 BC Process and Reporting Analyst | $100k - $110k Base Salary | HYBRID (Rochester, NY or Denver, PA)

We are currently seeking a skilled D365 Business Central Process and Reporting Analyst for a rapidly growing medical manufacturing company. This role will be responsible for supporting and maintaining MS D365 Business Central, leading process improvements, and handling system integration. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the deployment and ongoing support of Business Central, ensuring that the system meets the organization's specific needs.

Location Requirement:
This position requires the candidate to travel between our two locations in Denver, PA and Rochester, NY. Candidates should reside within a reasonable travel distance from one of these locations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with end-users and team members to identify, understand, and resolve issues within the Business Central environment.
* Collaborate with both internal and external teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, including data, functionality, and integrations.
* Document existing processes, requirements, and system interactions to ensure comprehensive understanding of the environment.
* Develop and implement improvements to Business Central processes.
* Provide training and support to team members on the functionality of Business Central.
* Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
* Develop and execute tests to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reports and dashboards.
* Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in MS Business Central, incorporating relevant updates into daily operations.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and relevant medical device regulations.
* Maintain up-to-date administrative records and communicate effectively with supervisors, management, and team members.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

* Minimum two years of experience working with MS Business Central and Power BI.
* Strong understanding of data structures, data models, and data entities.
* Proficiency in Power BI and experience with PowerApps, Logic Apps, etc.
* Experience in financial/accounting, manufacturing, sales, and supply chain processes.
* Previous experience in the medical device industry is highly preferred.

Certifications:

* Microsoft Certified in MS Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred but not required).

Job Requirements:

* Full-time position, with expected hours no less than 40 per week.
* Willingness to travel up to 25% between Denver, PA and Rochester, NY locations.
