Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled D365 CRM Developer/Solution Architect. This role requires an experienced professional with a blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge in Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in migrating D365 CRM to CE or D365 cloud versions, integrating D365 CRM with Business Central (BC), and providing strategic consulting services to clients.
This position is available as either a contract-to-hire or permanent role, depending on the candidate.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions tailored to meet client requirements.
* Lead end-to-end migration projects from D365 CRM to CE or D365 cloud versions.
* Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with Business Central (BC) to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
* Engage with stakeholders to scope, map out, and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
* Provide consulting expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM for both internal and external client-facing roles, ensuring optimal solution delivery.
* Work cooperatively with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business analysts, to ensure successful project execution.
* Stay current with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies, providing guidance on best practices and industry standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
* 6-10 years of techno-functional D365 CRM experience.
* Experience integrating D365 BC with D365 CRM.
* Experience in migrating from D365 CRM to D365 cloud versions.
* Experience working in both internal and external client-facing roles.
* 2+ years of consulting experience.
* 2+ years of MS Partner experience.
Preferred Skills:
* Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or related fields.
* Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
* Knowledge of Azure services and integration patterns.
