Publicis Sapient Hummingbird deftly navigates Intelligent Business Applications like Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot, intertwining them with business data, to provide transformative and measurable outcomes for our clients. **Overview** We are seeking a highly experienced Data Migration Architect to design and implement robust migration engines for Dynamics 365 environments. This role focuses on the seamless transfer of data from legacy systems into Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dataverse, as well as the integration of external document repositories. The successful candidate will possess in-depth expertise in developing ETL solutions, utilising tools such as KingswaySoft and Data Flows, and establishing efficient data cleansing, deduplication, and validation processes. **Key Responsibilities** + **Migration Strategy & Design** + Develop end-to-end data migration strategies for transitioning legacy data into Dynamics 365 and Dataverse. + Architect and implement robust ETL pipelines using technologies including KingswaySoft, Data Flows, and custom data migration tools. + Design solutions for integrating external document repositories with Dynamics 365 systems. + **Data Quality & Transformation** + Establish and manage data cleansing, deduplication, and validation frameworks to ensure high data quality and integrity. + Develop and document data mapping and transformation rules to support accurate migration of standard Dynamics 365 data and related content. + **Technical Leadership & Documentation** + Collaborate with functional teams, technical architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective migration solutions. + Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including migration strategies, data flow diagrams, and validation protocols. + Provide technical leadership throughout the migration lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. + **Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement** + Oversee the planning, execution, and testing of migration projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. + Engage with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure a smooth migration process. + Communicate progress, issues, and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. **Qualifications** **Essential Qualifications & Experience** + Extensive experience in designing and implementing data migration solutions, with a focus on Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dataverse. + Proven expertise in ETL development using tools such as KingswaySoft, Data Flows, and other relevant technologies. + Demonstrable experience in establishing data cleansing, deduplication, and validation processes. + Strong understanding of integration techniques for external document repositories and auxiliary data systems. + Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. + Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments. **Desired Attributes** + A strategic thinker with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to high data quality. + Proactive and innovative, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements. + A collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively with technical and business stakeholders. + Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex data migration projects on time and within budget.
