Job Description
At least 10 years of overall IT development experience
At least 5 years of Dynamics 365, .NET, JS, and UI development experience
Demonstrated experience working in large enterprise projects.
Strong experience in configuring, developing, and administering Dynamics 365 (CRM/sales app)
Strong experience in building Power Apps, Power Automate, Visual Studio, Logic Apps, Web API based integrations, business rules, plugins, and workflows.
In depth knowledge of Dynamics CRM SDK , CRM features and limitations with an ability to build workflows, configure custom actions, business process flows, and complex fields.
Strong knowledge of ASP. NET (built on .net so needed to do customizations), C#, SQL, HTML5, JavaScript and CSS.
Good knowledge of SSIS/ETL development skills.
Good Experience with reporting/dashboard solutions for D365
Working experience of Azure Development Tools /Azure cloud technologies, Web-based application deployment and integration architectures.
Knowledge of industry best practices of technology design
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsive, organized, and able to multi-task well.
Demonstrated ability to work well with business, technical, governance, and other organizational groups.

Skills and Requirements
The position will be a part of the growing CRM team at Medline and will help deliver new IT system capabilities. This will include capturing and processing business requirements, system design, development, integration, deployment, support, and maintenance. Stakeholder management, application availability, system and people performance will be part of the critical responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be technically proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and related development technologies. They should have a keen understanding of using CRM to help deliver efficiency, automation, and productivity gains for the Sales organization.
Responsibilities
Understand/support shaping business requirements, produce IT system design, develop, and support covered applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps, requirements, priorities, and build consensus.
Monitor application performance and availability. Take proactive measures to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
Identify opportunities to enhance existing applications or introduce new technologies to drive business efficiency and innovation.
Adhere to IT governance and delivery policies like change management, data retention, etc.
