We have a dedicated team of professionals responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining the system – this team is now expanding due to implementation up-sizing, and you could be our new colleague.
Your job will be implementing and designing our ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations), supporting the global rollout, and scaling it to 100+ companies. You will work closely with stakeholders in Finance, Procurement, Revenue Assurance, Product Development, and other departments on ERP improvements and integrations with various other tools and processes.
What you will be doing:
Gathering user requirements, designing, configuring, testing, and implementing ERP functionalities and modules
Working on projects designed to identify process and efficiency issues and working on creating solutions to those issues
Identifying opportunities to evaluate business processes further and finding additional ways to automate, integrate, and optimize the solution
Ensuring reliable performance of systems by troubleshooting and resolving any related software, user access or other problems
Collaborating with project managers, process owners and product managers on identifying business requirements and project priorities
Work on improving management visibility, enriching reports, and improving data quality throughout the business
Manage security setup and audit requirements (new user creation, assignment of appropriate roles and permissions, advanced security reporting and logging, etc.)
Organizing and providing education and day-to-day support to internal users
Participating in integration with various other 3rd party tools with ERP (Salesforce, Power BI, Workday, in-house systems, etc.)
Requirements:
You have proven 3+ years hands-on experience with D365FO/AX2012 or other major ERP solution
You have a good understanding of at least one and preferably two of the following business process areas is a plus – Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to report, Inventory and Warehouse Management
You have a great professional interest in the mix of IT and business processes and an in-depth understanding of the relationship between system configurations and Accounting/Finance.

Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) practices
Understanding of AX/FO data model
Experience with Data management/Power BI/Management Reporter/advanced Excel skills
Technical expertise and development experience, preferably within MS Dynamics 365
