In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Skills & Experience
RequiredBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education8+ years of overall IT experience with minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/FSCM/AX etc.At least 2 End-to-End implementation experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/FSCM/AXTechnical development and troubleshooting skills in areas like SSRS, Workflows, deployments, alerts & email, data management, role permissions etc., in Dynamics 365 F&OUnderstanding of On-Prem and Azure deployments in D365 365 FO/FSCM/AXUnderstanding of Lifecycle Services and its capabilitiesGood Knowledge on Azure Devops, Code Branching, Merging etc.Knowledge of PowerBI and PowerApps, Logic apps, EDI, ASN (Advance Shipment Notification). Electronic reporting etcWorking experience in large complex integration projects.Overall Service Engineering activities for D365 365 FO/FSCM/AXUnderstanding of data structures, data entities and data modelsExposure and Experience in Data Migration from Legacy applications to Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/FSCM/AXPerform code reviews and ensure best practices are followedProvide recommendations to improve performance after performing Performance Optimization exercises on Microsoft Dynamics environments.Strong client interaction skillsWorking independently and in teamsExcellent Analytical and Communication skillsAble to manage a team of 3-8Ability and Flexibility to work on Onsite/Nearshore/Offshore modelsPreferredSupporting and troubleshooting issues raised by clients during the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/FSCM/AXThorough understanding of at least one and preferably two of following business process areas in any established ERP product– Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to report, Inventory and Warehouse Management modules, RetailFor candidates based out of CA, WA & NY states, estimated annual compensation will be $73,000 to $102,200.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
