Overview: The client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as part of an ERP transition from QuickBooks. This role will play a critical part in managing project execution, ensuring a seamless migration, and optimizing financial and operational systems across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP implementations, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. This position requires the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical solutions, and drive successful adoption of D365 in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Responsibilities: * Oversee the full lifecycle of the D365 implementation, from project planning and requirements gathering to testing, training, and post-deployment support * Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution and delivery * Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to define project requirements and align D365 capabilities with business needs * Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless integration and best practices for D365 implementation * Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to keep the implementation on track * Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption strategies * Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows, enhance system functionality, and improve user experience within D365
