A couple relocating to Jersey is looking a professional and experienced housekeeper to oversee the daily running of their beautiful home. The role will suit a candidate who can work independently, has good experience and strong attention to detail.
Generally, there will only be two people living in the property however, they will also have guests from time to time. The suitable candidate must also be pet friendly, as the couple have a lovely little dog and potentially may get another dog in the future.
Job specification:
• Daily cleaning duties around the home
• Laundry, ironing, and care of delicate clothing
• Preparing the home for when guests are visiting – separate cottage on the grounds
• Washing and changing bedding/linens
• Organising and tidying around the home
• Pet duties when required – walking, feeding etc.
• Taking deliveries and answering the door
Candidate specification:
• A driver with own car for ease to travel to work
• Experience working within a private home and undertaking all daily duties
• Must be pet friendly and happy to work in a home with dogs
• Someone who pays good attention to detail and takes pride in their work
• A self-starter, proactive and can manage their own time
