**Job Title: Dairy Technician**
**Pay: $23-$30 (based on experience)**
**3rd Shift: 8:30pm to 5am**
**Job Description**
+ This role is at a Dairy Foods manufacturing facility creating high-quality cultured dairy products.
+ The Dairy Technician is the front-line employee who performs the manufacturing processes.
+ Specific duties range from receiving and handling the raw materials, adding value through a variety of proprietary processes, to packaging the final product.
+ In all stages of production, safety, attention to detail, a quality and sanitation focus, and efficiency are key to the success of the operation.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operating and maintaining dairy processing equipment: This involves ensuring that machinery used for pasteurization, homogenization, and other processes is functioning correctly.
+ Quality control: Monitoring the quality of dairy products to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
+ Sanitation: Keeping the production area and equipment clean and sanitized to prevent contamination.
+ Record-keeping: Documenting production data, such as temperatures, times, and quantities, to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
+ Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving any issues that arise during the production process

**Work Environment**
+ The facility has brand new equipment and located on a family farm! It involves working in a dairy foods manufacturing facility with a focus on maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00
