Danaher Business System Leader

Together, we accomplish great things In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Drive targeted, sustainable improvement by leveraging DBS tools, consulting skills, and the change management process. + Support IDT and DBS Leadership in the development of a DBS Roadmap (i.e., how to use the DBS tools to drive sustainable improvement in results) across site, leaders and functions. + Directly provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching when requested, taking complex internal/external problems – breaking them down and recommending best approach to solution + Ensure successful kaizen events by installing and ensuring compliance to the kaizen process (includes (1) planning of kaizens with a dynamic funnel process tied to PD and Daily Management, (2) kaizen execution and (3) sustainment of kaizens). + Promote and facilitate diagnosis of work-flow impediments and other wastes throughout the business. Provides expert counsel on appropriate DBS tools to eliminate them. The essential requirements of the job include: + Experience in the application of lean tools such as 5S, Standard Work, Visual/Daily Management, Problem Solving + Directly led and owned process improvement initiatives, programs and change management + Minimum of five years of work experience in manufacturing/operations, supply chain and/or logistics + Minimum of two years of experience applying continuous / process improvement methodology such as Lean, or Six Sigma + BS or BA Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent required It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Demonstrated proficiency in project management + Demonstrated proficiency applying lean principles in a variety of situations + Manufacturing, preferably related to oligonucleotides The annual salary range for this role is $106,400 – $146,200. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.This range may be modified in the future.
