Danaher Business System Leader - Growth

The Commercial DBSL is responsible for promoting and leading the successful implementation of the Danaher Business System (DBS) within Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) commercial organization. The position requires a DBS practitioner who is results-driven with a strong and proven ability to drive the effective use of DBS tools to accelerate commercial effectiveness and business impact in a complex and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate for this role will be an experienced practitioner of continuous improvement and understand the Commercial Growth Equation and Holistic View of Commercial (HVC) with the ability to drive improvements to ensure the commercial engine is producing the greatest results for the business Major Responsibilities: + Drive sustainable and scalable improvements in key commercial processes such as Funnel Management, Transformative Marketing, Market Visibility & Segmentation, Digital Marketing, Lead Management/Qualification, and Growth Rooms to achieve KPIs and CVDs by leveraging DBS Fundamentals and Growth Commercial tools. + Lead/coach the global commercial teams to install and drive good daily management (DM) and ensure a problem-solving culture using the problem-solving process (PSP) to find root causes and countermeasures for driving/delivering growth plans. + Build and maintain the DBS Kaizen Funnel to drive impact on critical KPIs. Coach stakeholders through the kaizen process from kaizen identification, charter development, kaizen execution, and sustainment. Personally lead and/or facilitate kaizen events while modeling ‘Best Team Wins’ coaching and facilitation behaviors. Hold stakeholders accountable for the sustainment of improvement results from DBS / Kaizen events. + Improve the Commercial organizations’ DBS capability and tool expertise through coaching, formal/informal training, and DBS Certified Practitioner funnel process and certification. Continuously develop personal DBS capability through focused tool training and pursuing certification. + Influence change management within different levels in the organization. The experience you will bring: + Hands-on and detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture. Is very customer-focused and possesses strong interpersonal and communications skills. Rapidly adapts to Danaher and IDT’s culture and gains the confidence of the organization. Will be an independent worker, capable of operating in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment, and able to effectively deal with difficult situations. + 3+ years of experience in general sales and or marketing with demonstrated success in a global environment + BS or BA Degree in Business or equivalent + Knowledge and experience in applying key DBS Fundamentals and Growth tools to deliver business results. + Hands-on experience in training and coaching DBS Fundamentals such as Problem Solving Process (PSP) and Daily Management (DM); Kaizen Event Basics (KEB) ability to identify, plan, execute/facilitate and sustain kaizens. + Ability to work cross-functionally in the implementation of the DBS roadmap and implement key growth initiatives; successfully drives change, and handles conflict/ambiguity in a diverse, regional work environment. The salary range for this role is $80,000-$120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
