DART Intern 

We are currently seeking talented individuals to be a part of our Summer Internship Program 2025. Those driven individuals will join our dynamic team as part of the DART Program. If you are passionate about learning, growing, and contributing to meaningful projects, this is your opportunity to be part of an elite group of future leaders.

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented DART Interns to join our DART Program, a community of high performers within our company. This internship provides a unique opportunity for skill development through comprehensive training, mentorship, and career guidance.


The DART Program cultivates future leaders by offering exposure to key departments, including Accounting, Communications, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Operations Management, and Innovation. Over the course of this 8-week internship, interns will actively support a department team, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to impactful projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities 

Day-to-Day Operations:
•    Provide support in daily tasks and operations within the assigned department. 
•    Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Data Entry and Analysis:
•    Enter and analyze relevant data using appropriate tools and software.
•    Summarize findings and contribute to reports as needed.
Project Support:
•    Contribute to ongoing projects.  
•    Perform assigned project tasks.
•    Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals. 
Documentation:
•    Maintain accurate records and documentation.
•    Assist with documentation of important information to increase efficiency. 
Adherence to Policies:
•    Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
•    Seek clarification on any policies and guidelines as needed. 
Communication and Teamwork:
•    Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
•    Work closely with team members to identify areas for process improvement.

Learning Development:
•    Actively seek opportunities for learning and skill development
•    Participate in training sessions and other events.
•    Ask questions as needed. 

Skills and Qualifications 

•    Currently Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, and other related field.
•    Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Knowledge if accounting principles and practices.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software’s
•    Detail-oriented and organized.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay


•    Hourly: $21/hour

Physical Demands

•    Regular or infrequent travel by auto and air
•    Up to 1/3 of time: standing, moving around the building.
•    Up to 2/3 of time: sitting, working at a computer, communicating verbally and in writing, listening or comprehending others.
•    Infrequent lifting/repositioning up to 25 lbs.
