Reporting to the HRIS, Operational Data & Reporting Lead, your primary goal is to contribute to the People & Culture (P&C) team by managing data reporting, supporting process improvements, and assisting with technology integration efforts. This role includes foundational Business Analysis responsibilities and bridges foundational skills with emerging expertise in analyzing data and proposing improvements to processes, providing the opportunity to enhance organizational insights and operational efficiency.
Working closely with the Data, Technology and Reporting Analyst (HR) II, the position emphasizes professional development through mentorship, collaboration, and exposure to strategic data initiatives.
More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Develop, maintain, and analyze P&C date reports, dashboards, and visualizations Analyze data trends to support business decisions Analyze, identify, document, and implement processes to identify areas of improvement to enhance operational efficiency Resolve data-related issues and maintain system accuracy and support data integration across HR platforms Maintain data governance practices, including data integrity and compliance, and adhere to regulatory standard and internal policies Collaborate and communicate effectively with leadership and team members alike to expand organizational knowledge Demonstrate continuous improvement and professional development in technical, analytical, and process management skills
