Our client is seeking a Data Administrator to join their team. As a Data Administrator, you will be part of the Training & Accreditation department supporting the Training & Accreditation team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Data Administrator **Location:** Edmonton, AB **Job Description:** + Monitoring the Training & Accreditation mailbox by processing email requests for exam bookings, rebooking requests, rescheduling exams, and cancellations. + Handling general inquiries related to eLearning, exams, and the Learning Management System. + Updating personal information in databases and deactivating access as necessary. + Proofing and editing eLearning scripts and other documents used to create courses and exams. + Maintaining the Accreditation and Certification Training (ACT3) database with file reconciliation and updates as needed. **Qualifications:** + Proven experience in administrative support or a related field. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. + Proficiency in using various software tools and databases. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. + Gain valuable experience in data administration and project support. + Engagement in meaningful work that contributes to training and accreditation processes. + Potential for contract extension based on performance. + Standard working hours with a structured schedule.
