Data AI/Machine Learning Platform Engineer

As a lead or consultant data AI/machine learning platform engineer on the Enterprise Business Analytics and AI team, you’ll be a technical leader driving the development of data engineering, machine learning, and AI enterprise platforms solutions. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in data-focused software engineering, cloud platforms, and programming to design, build, and deploy innovative solutions. You’ll create and maintain robust infrastructure including Kubernetes, Cloud (AWS and Azure), Helm Charts, Python APIs, as well as establish data pipelines to support data science models. You’ll also lead solution design discussions and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions. You’ll build platforms that will enable multiple business units to deploy new or updated models to production while ensuring seamless access to multiple data sources.

This is a remote position for US based work only.

Must-have qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum of five years of work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications.In lieu of degree, minimum of six years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications may be accepted.

Preferred skills

AI/ML Platform Infrastructure Engineer with experience building enterprise AI/ML platforms leveraging Kubernetes, containers (docker), and Cloud Platforms (AWS and Azure), and skilled in infrastructure as code/GitOps tooling such as Terraform, ArgoCD, Flux, and Helm.Highly proficient in Python and Linux shell scripting, building and supporting APIs and infrastructure/platform integrations with focus on automation of large scale data, ML/AI solutions such as Prefect, Tecton, Snowflake, Azure OpenAI, and AWS Bedrock.Experience designing and evaluating approaches to high volume real-time data streams and Knowledge or experience deploying machine learning models for real-time use cases and understanding of machine learning algorithmsExperience with CI/CD automation and tools (e.g., Jenkins or Azure DevOps, Git) and Platform Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience supporting multiple teams.Experience supporting and working with enterprise teams of data engineers, analysts, and data scientists.

Compensation

$136,300 - $179,600/year depending on position level and experienceGainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40-45% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
